This expansion will allow us to process significantly larger and heavier components in a single batch, including large dies, moulds, and industrial tooling that require high-capacity plasma nitriding. With a 2.5 ton chamber capacity, Intech Industries will be able to support customers in automotive, forging, and heavy engineering sectors who need large-scale components treated without splitting loads across multiple cycles. This investment is part of our ongoing effort to scale up infrastructure and serve a wider range of component sizes and industries across Chennai and South India.
